grnsc40095 thanks for the instructions. While searching around the forum, I came across a similar question and the advice was to hit against the dash and the lights might come back on. I was somewhat reluctant but decided what the heck. Well I did hit against the dash panel and the lights came on. Can't explain this but it did work. Thanks for these instructions.

My 1995 SC 400 panel lights have blown (not all but some). From my understanding, there are 2 power supply sources behind the instrument panel and from my dash panel board not all of the bulbs have blown. However, I need instructions on how to remove the panel dash, replace the bulbs (I believe there are eight) and how to replace the tachometer needle. All other needles are functioning just the tachometer needle is fading. I was quoted between $200 and $395 and was told that it could take up to 2 1/2 hours. This sounds like a ripe off to me. Any suggestions?
