I would like to replace my RX330 license plate lamps with bright white LEDS but can't figure out how to access lamp assemblies. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

How can I replace the license plate lights on my RX330? I see that there are clear plastic covering both lamps but I am a hesitant to pry them off.
