THEY SAID THERE IS A FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE WITH A DIAPRAM IN IT THAT MAY BE LEAKING THE AIR CLEANER WAS SATURATED WITH GASOLINE DON

My LS 400 has 136000 miles (92 model) and has become very hard to start and acts very flooded when it does eventually start.
