Hi> I have a 2003 Lexus RX300. Every once in a while when they change the oill, and check the air cleaner they knock the vacuum hose off and the lights come on.. CEL and VSC. I reconnected the hose... they also had the elbow (which looks like a PCV valve ) off the housing. I reconnected everything... had auto zone clear the CEL but the VSC light is still on. I pulled the EFI fuse and disconnected the battery on 2 seperate occasions... but as soon as I put it in gear, the VSC light comes back on. I know everything is working, am I missing something? Another hose or wire?

While slipping and sliding while parking, I had it in ejt snow mode, VSC light and check engine light came on at same time. Seems to work fine... no rough idle or skipping. I really don't have a way to see if the VSC is working.. loose hose or fuse I hope?

Thank you. No the car tracks true, wheel is straight. If I go to an AutoZone, can they either tell me or reset the light? I just find it hard to believe that it needs anything just yet.

Hi. I am new to Lexus, as well as this forum thing, so please forgive me if I stumble over protocol. I just bought a 2003 RX300 with 53,000 from a reputable used car dealer in Virginia. I drove it home to NYC, all the while the VSC light was on. Truthfully, I did not think it was a problem, but a feature of the car. There are no other lights, buzzers or bells. Just the VSC light. I tried popping the fuse for a minute, then started it, and it is still on. I have extended warranty, but if this is a simple thing, I would like to do it myself...or do I need to take a ride back to Virginia? Thank you
