I have a big problem with my car. It's a 1990 LS400. The problem is huge because it's been wasting double the gas. I don't really know why. We have the Air Flow Mass Sensor plug disconnected (I don't know if that might be why it wastes the gas). We disconnected the plug because when we connect it, for some reason the car accelerates a lot, it makes the RPM go up to about 2 when it's parked. If anyone has had this problem or know something, please help! I don't know much about cars so please try to explain as detailed as possible. Or however. I can explain your response to a mechanic and I'm sure they'll know. I just need some information on what it might be. Thank you.
