I saw a video on www.expert village, that says if you add a small quantity of pure acetone to 10 gallons of gasoline, you will increase your mileage by quite a bit. The acetone helps burn fuel more efficiently.

If your car has window tint, this may be the problem. Window tint over the antenna on the rear window will diminish the reception
