I got headlights but no tails. Brake lights work, bulbs ok and relay was changed but still no tails..Switch maybe?

Headlights Work No Taillights

changed relay again. Still not solved. Im thinking switch -
Headlights work brake lights work but I got no taillights. Ive been pulled over twice. Checked fuses and replaced relay still no tails. Bulbs are good too. Any help is appreciated Thanks
