I am going to be in the same exhaust situation as soon as i get my sc300 "hopefully this week" i want to immediantly put some sort of exhaust on it. i want a little rumble but also alittle of its imported heritage. will borla give it to much of a domestic sound? and greddy is known in the import world for is extreme RICER sound is this the same with the rear section for the sc300?

I KNOW BUT IT DOESNT HURT TO GET YOUR HOPES A LITTLE UP :D

Alright guys it is really coming down to the wire! I have the money to purchase a 95+sc300. The problem is, is that i am having a VERY VERY hard time finding a 95+ sc300 with a manual tranny anywhere in the south. I dont want to buy a car from up north i have had bad luck with 2 other cars purchased up north before. Could yall PLEASE help me find a 95+ sc300 stick somewhere down here in the southern states. Pretty much any color besides red or green "bad luck with those colors in the past :)" but i am willing to settle for one that color if price is right. If yall know of any PLEASE let me know i have to get in the lexus world!

Hey i have noticed that alot of you guys "awj" ect have side mount intercoolers. Why dont yall have front mount ? Isnt it alot more effecient? Just wanted to know cause i was always under the impression that frount mount was the only way to go. Please feeel for to post what you think and let me know otherwise if i am wrong. thanks

Do yall think it is worth 4800 dollars to purchse the tubonics f-max turbo kit?

JPI-How much do yall typically charge over there at JP IMPORTZ for a job like that?? do yall also do custom turbo work say for an sc300??

Just wanted to know who all is around these parts. I believe You "JPI" live in garland or pretty close to correct. Is there anyone else? If so do yall ever meet up? ect.....

Hey i just got in a car accident about 3 hours ago. My car is totaled! This sucks but it does mean that i can go ahead and buy me a SC300. That is my delima. I really need one with a manual tranny. Prefferably a 95 because i here that, that is the best year to get it boosted. I dont know if this is fully correct but i believe it is. Does anyone know of one for sale. Please i need one withen the next week or so. Please post your input and let me know if you here of anything or if you think another year will be just as "turbo ready" as 95. :o

Ya i found that out. But i have heard the finding one with a standard tranny in practically impossible. Another Question. Is there any known defects on the 300 or 400 that i need to look out for before purchasing?

I am looking to purchase either a sc300 or sc400 here in about 3-6 weeks. I really need some input on which one to get. I have searched alot of these forums and am still left wondering what to do. I eventually plan on boosting which ever one i get. Is the 300 better equipped for a turbo? and on a slightly differnt subject i really want one with a manual tranny. Now i know these are d*mn near impossible to find does anyone know anyone who is selling one?? I really dont want to leave the world of a manual transmision. But i am willing to make some sacrifices if i have to. Thanks
