I have a 2001 LS 430. I want to replace the Sprint phone and used Verizon. can you help? what cost. will all factory installed features still work?

I need to replace the Lesus installed Cell Phone so i can use Verizon. Anyone know of a source making adapeter kits that will still allow use of factory installed mute, speakers, and other features? :D
