No sound coming from front main speakers on 93 LS400

bought my car with front speakers not working . found both with burnt voice coil wires (could not repair) Found closest sized speakers I could . worked for a few months , now left front is not working. -
plastic track on antanna mast is broken. Pull antanna mast from top of fender after removing retainer nut with spring clip pliars. Next remove antanna housing from inside trunk, pull black plastic box apart and remove remaining plastic track. Put back together and reinstall housing. New mast will go in from the top. Turn radio on and off to activate motor to pull new track down into housing.

I found a service manual for LS400 @ www.lexus-parts.com for about 100 dollars
