Thinking about purchasing a used 2000 GS 300 Platinum series with 169,000 miles. When is the timing belt suppose to be changed? I was told by the owner that they did it at 120,000 miles. Isn't that a little late. I thought it was due at 90,000 miles. I was told that the next major service is due at 180,000miles. Is there a place where I can find out the maintenace schedules? I looked in the car manual, but could not find a schedule.
The car is in very good condition. What do you think is a reasonable price?
