anyone have a clue what could be wrong?

Ok, I am new here so don't be too hard on me. Any suggestions what to try, I have about 4 years of car audio expirence and im stumped. I installed a pioneer cd player by bypassing the factory bose amp. Everything worked fine, Except now when I turn on the lights the climate control light goes out, the clock dims and the gear shift positions don't light up at all. Also the dimmer knob to the left of the steering wheel does not do anything. Behind the radio there is a blue power plug and a white speaker wire plug. The Blue plug for power has Brown- ground blue/yellow- constant gray- ignition white/green- dimmer (has power when lights are on) green- (also has power when lights are on) black/white- antenna A (possibly ground) black/yellow- antenna B (possibly ground) red/blue- (UNKNOWN) red/green- amp turn-on (there are maybe 2 more wires that dont have power and I don't know what they do) On the radio there are no illumination wires and no power antenna. And the only way I could get the power antenna to go up was with the red/green amp turn-on and black and white to the blue wire with white stripe on the radio for remote.
