Has anyone ever put a 5spd manual from a solara v6 or camry v6 5spd into an ES300? Is this feasable?

I am trying to find a way to hard wire an input of some sort into my factory headunit for my ipod. Is there any product out there for converting the cd changer input on the factory head unit into an ipod or aux input? I know there are a number of solutions like this for other cars but i have not been able to find one for the 2001 ES300. If not are there any other ideas other than a tape adapter or FM modulator? Thanks.
