1993 LS400 What is the name of the black plastic pipe that connects the throttle body to the air flow meter housing? Need to know the exact name so I can order one.

1993 LS400 I am trying to figure out a loss of power problem. I think it has to do with my mass air flow meter. I have found a wiring diagram and directions for checking ohm resistance of the air flow meter. I can't find a diagram to check the wiring harness volt resistance. Please help. Thanks.

93' LS400 my dash lights no longer work and when i turn on my head lights my radio lights quit working. what is going on?
