Thank you for the info. I took the vehicle to the not so local Lexus dealer and they told me that my "rear audio controller" was missing. You don't happen to have one of those do you?

I have recently purchased 2004 GX470 with the mark levinson audio system. When I push the "disk" button on the radio the display on the nav unit says: "the external system is not connected". I have taken apart all the systems associated with the changer and radio and have found everything connected. Has this happened to anybody before? Please help.
