  1. Well, if I were you I wouldn't spend more than $14,500 ... I mean realistically, in exactly 1 year and 2 months that car will be 10 yrs old... Do you really want to spend $16k on that? Its your call, but in my opinion not a wise investment (even though buying a car is not an investment, more like a devestment...LOL)... I personally own a 1996 LS400 which I purchased in 2000 for $25,000 from a lexus dealership in pristine condition with 56,000 miles on it... Now that same car has 176,000 miles and yet a very solid car!!!.... but Investing $16,000 in an almost 9 year old car I think you should look at other options... Maybe go for a LS430 around $20,000<<< now thats well worth it .... even with 70k or 80k miles on it (taking into consideration the maintaince of the previous owner)... Whatever your decision is GOOD LUCK :D
  2. So the one under the hood needs to be replaced as well?
  3. I have a 1996 LS400 Can somebody tell me how to replace a fuse ... Because my cig lighter, climate control, and clock stopped working... Also, where can I get a fuse from?
  4. I have the same incident occuring in my 96 LS400. Is there anything I can do?
  5. Well if you look at it closely you can see one of the wire is not connected... I guess that is the problem but it wont go in to its socket easily I might havent open the top part of the sensor and see if it will fit then... Thanks for the help..
  6. Does anyone know if thats the outside temperature sensor? And how I can fix it?
  7. I think I might have found this sensor in the pics below... Is that it? How would I go about fixing or replacing it?
  8. Hi, I have a 1996 LS400 with about 152k and the outside temp reading seems to not be working. It is stuck at a tempreture of -22 degrees... What can I do to fix this?
