  1. Hello there...thanks for the suggestion. But I only had the car a matter of days while my car was getting fixed, and hadn't even opened the glove compartment, let alone gone in it.
  2. Hello there. Making a long story short, I was driving my father's SC430 yesterday, parked it, locked it from the key remote, went to go back in it, and nothing happened. I tried everything -- pressing unlock several times, trying the key in the actual door (which turned, but didn't open it), etc. I happened to be at a body shop, ironically, and they couldn't figure it out either. The guy banged the key around in case the key battery was loose, had their mechanic take the key apart and put it back together, called an expert electrical guy they do business with AND the local Lexus dealer. No one could figure it out. No one has ever heard of such a thing. I had just drove it, everything was fine, no warning lights, nothing. Just in a matter of one minute, the car went unresponsive. Has anyone ever heard of this happening? Does anyone have any suggestions? It's much appreciated. Thanks!
