The only response I've gotten is that I may need to replace the DVD. Does this sound logical to anybody?...its only 4 years old.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I read a previous post on the same subject only I haven't been as fortunate as the other person. The screen says 'error cannot read data from DVD' The first thing I need to do is request info. on WHERE the NAV unit is so I can pull it out and put it back in as the dealer suggests. Secondly, if this doesn't work, please assist with suggestions other than buying a new NAV. TEX
