I'm a certified installer for 3M SCOTCHGARD for 9 years. I'm really sorry to hear the installation work on your car. The person you have to contact is the installer. Certified installers have to stand behind their work. If he can't fix it, just tell them to peel it off and get your money back, report this to 3M also. This is what makes the 3M SCOTCHGARD reputation bad. I know it's been a couple months ago since it happened. I was just curious what kind of a deal you are ended up with. 10 inches is very small on the hood. I never use that small on a lexus.
