Thanks for your reply. No I don't think it is jammed, I hear the changer moving around then error 3. Looked to see if I could see a CD but there was none. Is there a trick to pulling off the wood trim? I don't want to break anything else. THANKS! Ben

Hello, Have the dreaded error 3 on my cd player. I want to remove it to send it in for repair but I can't figure out how to remove the trim around it! I already cracked the front of the face plate on the stereo - any help would be appreciated. Ben 99 LX470
