I purchased a used 2001 LX 470 in the fall of 2004 with 38,000 miles on it..... I just hit 240,000 miles with no MAJOR issues, just normal fixes... My rear differential started howling recently, the dealer wants about $3200 to replace it. I am going to a 4x4 specialist to re-build it for about $1600...I hope this works....I would like to keep it for 2 more years.
