Help ! found out that my ODB port (DLC3) connector is dead so the car can't pass emissions.
checked for power at the connector (corner pin #16) and none there so even my reader that works fine on other cars won't come up.
Checked all the fuses, the one labeled ODB first, then the accessory ones like cig lighter, etc and they're all fine. Everything in the car seems to work fine -
Any ideas on where to look next ? or does anyone have the manual pages related to the electrical diagnosis or diagram for this area ?
