  1. You know I love reading your posts!!! But.... I also love giving you a hard time. It's a toss up really.... :P Grad school remember..... all I do is read & homework. Anyone understand elasticity & inelasticity in Economics... I'm lost on this one! You can always email me.... you remember how to do that right?? :P Actually, yeah I understand elasticity and inelasticity of demand in economics. I could help you help out if you were really being serious...no condescension.
  2. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2JZGE-IS300...sspagenameZWDVW Cut and paste that link. It is a complete turbo setup and it is only $1500, where most of the setups i have found have been around $4k-5k. Is this a cheap, non-reliable setup? Do you seee any problems with this? Thanks in advance!
  3. ummmm....couildn't find the l-tuned exhaust on the websites. I found the carson=tuned but it said nothing about extended or non=extended.
  4. The car has a header on it. That is it as far as performance goes. I don't want to further mod the car right now, but maybe down the road. All I am concerned with right now is the tone, a little performance, and not sticking out past the rear bumper. And thanks for the link.
  5. I just bought a 2002 is 300 from a private seller. The prior owner put an exhaust system on there that is loud and sounds like crap. I would like to replace with one that is almost totally quiet while still giving some extra performance. I have been reading around about the l-tuned exhaust, and the two different versions it comes in; the extended and non-extended. From what I read the l-tuned exhaust is suppose to be almost silent while still providing performance. Does anyone have any other suggestions or know where I could find the non-extended l-tuned exhaust. I would like the non-extended that way it doesn't stick out past the bumper. Thanks in advance!!!
  6. I just recently bought a 2002 IS 300. I want to buy rims that will leave little room between the top of the tire and the fender. Discount tire told me the biggest I could go was a 19" w/35 series tires. Does this sound right? Is a 19" rim really the biggest I can without hindering my turn radius, or srubbing anywhere? Has anyone ever put 20's on there IS 300? Thanks in advance!
