Bought New 04 RX 330 AWD. Has 550 Miles on it. I can hear a constant ticking sound from engine when idling. Sound was there when I drove it away form dealer. It is akin to the sound of a mechanical swiss watch. I also heard it on many other similar models. So it appears to be a common sound for this 2004 RX330's engine. Any idea what this is due to? I also own 99 RX 300 with 90K and no ticking sound at all.
