My SC400 also have the same problem, I finally notice one of my rear wheel has excessive brake dust. The cause is one of my caliber is bad and it lock up the rotor. So cjeck all your brakes caliber and make sure they are all ok. -
I also bought a set of these from Ebay and when i firt installed them on, the lighs are pointing way up high. There is a bolt that is either 6, 8 or 10mm that you can turn it with a socket wrench. turn it toward the center of the car and that will do the job. You need to turn many turns to achieve this.
