so wire up the line out converter at the end of the sub wiring in the trunk and then connect the new amp?

i have a 95 ls 400 and i want to put in a new amp and subs but i dont know how to wire up the line out converter. do i just wire it to the sub woofer + and - wires coming out of the stock amplifier? and then run those to the new amp? please help thanks

thanks to you guys i found my amp. now that i have, i need to know which wires i have use with my new amp for my subs. i want to leave my speakers running on the factory amp and just run the new subs off my new amp. which wires do i have to cut and send to the new amp? it would have probably been easy to cut them and the radio and use them from there. if u know which wires they are at the factory amplifier or at the back of the radio, i would greatly appreciate the help. thanks
