Hi everyone,
I have a problem with my passengers side front seat in my 93 SC 300. I checked it out and found I am missing a part. I cannot find a part number for it and my local dealer could not help me with it either.
Underneath the seat, where the seat motor and worm drive gear meet there is a plastic threaded cap that holds the worm gear into the drive motor gear. Without this threaded cap the seat will not move. The cap is about the size of a dime there are two on each seat. I tried to make one but I could not get it just right.
Any help in obtaining/locating a part number and/or cap would be greatly appreciated.
