  1. Did anyone try replacing the upper and/or lower control arm? The steering wheel shake you feel is coming from the front two wheels and I have the OEM 17" 5-spoke wheels with OEM lugs. Now, since we can feel the shake coming from the front with your steering wheel, how do you know that the back are not shaking? I am sure it does but do you feel it with your "butt-o-meter" or by placing your foot on top of the brake pedal (do not push)?
  2. Hi all, I can't seem to find the knob which allows you to lower or higher the "beep" sound when you lock/unlock the door with the remote. I have a 01 GS430 and my dad's 02 LS430 and wife's 02 ES300 are both located under the steering column and very easy to spot. Even sister's 01 LX470 ( I know I know, we are one big happy Lexus family) are within the same vicinity. Am I missing something with the GS430 or is it hidden behind the plastic covers somewhere? Thanks.
  3. Dear all, I was driving and minding my own business when I realized the check engine light comes on, the followed by the "Traction Off" and VSC light coming on as well. I pulled over and didn't noticed any abnormality or weird noise from the engine. However, the Traction button below the steering wheel is not responding when I push it. Anyone knows what caused this and is this a common problem for the ES300? The car has less than 55k miles. Thanks.
