I have a 95 sc300 5 speed parts car. I may put together all the parts needed to swap to manual soon

Turned out that the former owner washed the motor and flooded the spark plug valley. A new set of plugs and wires and it runs great

I just bought a SC300 5 spd and it idles poorly and runs as if it has no power. I have no check engine light (but it works) and after I disconnected an o2 sensor and air meter and still had no light I figured it was the ecu. Any ideas?
