I'm dealing with a friend's 99 ES300 which is throwing code P1354 and misfire codes for Cylinders 2, 4, and 6, all on Bank 2. When the car is cold, the car idles fine, but once the car is warm, the idle surges all the way to 1400-1500 rpm and stays there. The engine runs rough and misfire is very apparent. I'm trying to see if anyone else had this problem, or where I should start probing for problems. Anything would help. Thanks.
