Santa

Everytime when I stop at the red light at D shift, I notice vibration and noise. Not very loud but noticable. But when I put it into N the vibration and noise is gone. Anyone can give me advise. Also the D shift light at the dash board is gone, is it just the bulb burns or indicate other problems? Thanks very much!!
