I have a challenge wit my stereo of my Lexus ES300 1999 model, the LED on the stereo does not show but the car stereo works. How do i fix it or get a replacement of the car stereo?

Thank you. I was wondering if I could let my father change my oil for my 2007 Lexus 250 IS? It just turned to 30 K in mileage. The Lexus dealer charges between $160 - $250 every oil change. That seems like a lot. Im also a woman and they see me coming. Any suggestions?
