I M INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A 95 SC400. i found one for $1800. but the owner who is the 6th owners says it has a cooling problem. I am actually interested in replacing the 1uzfe with a 5.7 iforce.any thoughts of parts compatability with the stock tranny?

Found this site to be very helpful...

1. Had the "shift to 'P' before starting engine issue, and was quickly solved by reviewing htiss forum (needed new 12v battery)....

and

2. found the Reset of the Idle Speed Control (ISC) here, and link to the Technical Service Information Bulletin EG010-05 explaining such. VERY HELPFUL!!

Thanks, good to be here. I own a '91 LS 400 with 207,000 miles. It's in pretty good shape but needs a little work (suspension, brakes?, windshield). It's a great car and we're hoping to reach 300,000 miles.
