    everything you have tried should have eliminated the problem. if it was related to a tune-up issue of some sort. best advice is to take it to a lexus service centre and have them diagonose the problem. good luck

    mileage for these cars is not a factor to consider. so far as the history shows it was well-maintained. good luck
