ES3

Anyone have any suggestions/hints for changing the two rear spark plugs (nearest to firewall - driver side)? Do I have to remove the air intake? The front three and the rear-passenger side plugs were easy. Now how do I get to the other two? Thanks.

I'm planning to change the AT fluid/filter for a 93 ES300. I don't have the OEM manual so I have the following questions: 1) How difficult is this to do? Does it involve more than removing the AT oil pan and replacing the gasket and filter? 2) How much Dexron -II ATF to refill? 3) What is the torque specs for the AT oil pan bolts? 4) Any surprises I should know about before doing this myself? Thanks in advance.
