I have a lexus-made bike rack that I have the dealer installed when I got my lexus RX350. I have been trying to make the clamp work or grip the tube of my bike but apparently, the clamp remains open even on a locked key position, i.e. supposedly, when the clamp is locked, the clamp should be gripping/supporting the tube of the bike. Any thoughts, help or experience using this bike rack would be greatly appreciated.
