If you have a Lexus 1994 or newer you can purchase an OBDII tester at any AutoZone, pep boys etc. or on line. Open the fuse panel just to the left of your left knee and you will see the connector. I just did mine on my 95 ES 300. I am looking at the Innova 3130 on Amazon for $140.00 same one at pep boys is $175.

Does anyone have the knowledge on how to remove the front cover ~ panel on the radio and climate control area of a 1995 ES300? I'm looking to change the bulbs. Thanks in advance. Regards, Kwaj
