I have instructions that work on my RX300, but they don't work on my GX470. Anybody know how to program the remote on a GX470?

I just bought a 2003 GX470 without NAV and I can not figure out how to control the DVD player without the remote. I tried everything. Please help. I am trying to find a replacement remote or a universal remote? Any help is appreciated. I saw a post in here about turning on the car and then putting the DVD in. It comes up, but I do not have NAV and can not control it from the front to my knowledge.

My buddy has some 22's from his 06' Escalade. I saw on a website the bolt pattern is the same??? Will these fit without any modifications? He has the rims, but no tires. I do not want to buy them and then buy tires and they not fit. Help.

I am in the process of looking to buy a GX470. I am wondering what the differences are in the 2003 and 2004 in terms of standard equipment. I have seen a few posts here regarding blue tooth being standard in the 2004? Is this not available in the 2003? Also, what kind of gas mileage do this things get in town? I currently have a RX300 and am getting around 17 in town. I also am definitely going to put some wheels on the car and was wondering what the biggest size I can go without modifying anything. I saw a post that said if you put 22's on it you had to cut some plastic or it would rub. I am probably going to go with 20's, but wanted to know what size tire I could still get on there.
