I have an automatic transmission and when I come to a stop it goes into neutral. It does not indicate neutral, but the RPMs rev up when I attempt to gas it. After about 5 seconds at a stop it goes into gear and I can take off fine. Any ideas?

I have a P6802 radio in my 1995 Lexus GS300 and it has a changer in the trunk but I'm missing the magazine that holds the CDs that you stick in the changer. I've been searching ebay and this forum, but no luck. Any ideas? The radio is getting very boring.
