The driver's window switch in my RX300 is unreliable. I can roll down the driver's window fine, but the ability to roll it back up doesn't work well. I've tried to remove the switch assembly (found some instructions on-line) but I have been unable pry the unit up. Does anyboy have suggestions, pictures, or can direct me to a better step-by-step guide on how to do this? Thank you.

The front passenger's inside door lock in my RX300 no longer operates electronically. I have to manually unlock/lock it. I'm trying to remove the unit so I can inspect/replace it. So far, I've removed the screw hidden by a plastic cap on the door handle, but I've been unsucessful at prying it out. I don't want to ruin the door panel/lock assembly. Does anyboy have pictures or can direct me to a step-by-step guide on how to do this? I've been searching the forums and haven't been able to find images/guides. Thanks in advance.
