  1. What bulb did you use for the lights in the footwell? Which size festoon did you use for the interior cabin fixture? The bulbs haven't given you any problems on your SC430 and totally compatible? Is there a certain wattage for the different bulbs? Thanks!
  2. Has anyone replaced the interior light bulbs with white bulbs? I was thinking of replacing the door courtesy lights, the map/dome lights, the glove box light, and the lights in the footwells. Any link or recommendation as to what bulbs to use would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  3. I'm glad to hear it doesn't seem to be a sign of the infamous tranmission problem. I was just so worried about the transmission as my RX300 has 75K miles now. The transmission fluid has been changed twice already at the dealer so I'm crossing my fingers that my transmission will not give me any problems.
  4. I have a 01 RX300 AWD and it's parked inside a garage. Right when I start it up and attempt to shift from "P" to "R", it seems to take more effort to move the shifter out of "P" when started up for the first time in the morning. Is this a sign of the infamous transmission problem? Please let me know as I am very worried. Thanks in advance for your replies and comments.
  5. I also experience harder shifting when i first start my 01 RX300 AWD in the morning. The car is parked in the garage but when it's first started and the car is shifted from Park to Reverse, it seems a little "tougher" to shift as compared to shifting from Reverse to Drive. After the car has been driven, the shifting becomes a lot easier. There are no leaks of any kind that I can see. Is this also an early warning sign of transmission and/or differential troubles? Thanks in advance for your replies.
  6. I have a 2001 RX300 AWD. When I start it, the Overdrive is automatically defaulted to "on". I have to manually disengage it to turn it off by pressing the button. Is it normal to have the car to always be in driving with the Overdrive "on" or should I only use it while cruising at highway speeds? Any comments on the appropriate or best way to use the "overdrive" would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your replies and suggestions.
