I think alot depends on the deal you got. I am shopping also and I got a quote from one dealer at $5,000 over invoice, another one I got $3,000 over invoice. What did they offer you?

I am considering the purchase of a GX470 (dealer is offering for $4,300 below sticker). I would appreciate opinions from the group on the vehicle. Have read some negatives here and I'm beginning to wonder. Should I wait for the '04's?
