Thanks KO90. I had the car PPI at the lexus dealership and it passed with a few issues. Steering rack needs to be replace(leak), leak in the rear CV boot and the master control switch needs to be replaced. I just bought the car and will try to tackle these issues myself. Are there any technical threads that will show someone how to DIY??? Thanks...

Hello gentlemen, Im about to pull the trigger on a 92' LS400 with 165K on the clock but I have no idea what to look for in these cars. Can you guys give me some pointers as what I should check for before buying the car? What are the 1992's pro's and cons? What service should have been done with a car with 165K? I'm a porsche guy and know nothing about lexus so any comments is appreciated. TIA.
