I planned to replace my 2005 RX330 (AWD, NAV, 114,000 miles) this week with a 2012 model with the following options:

I understand this is normally a special order with a wait of up to four months. However, one dealer has a 2011 model with these options available for $57295. Another for $54577. Both offered $12,000 for my 2005 model. I was wondering if anyone share their thoughts on 2011 vs. 2012? Based on my reading, it looks like very little difference in model years. Also, any thoughts on the price? Thanks for the help.
