Why 2jz Single Turbo Manifold No Fit 1jz?

Apexi ECU Greddy FMIC Ported Motor The turbos where the original turbos with 125,000 miles on em!! So if the head is different then the exhaust manifold won't bolt up??? -
just looking at info here and there for my car. Is there a particular reason why the 2j manifold won't work on a 1j? OH, here are pics of my car. My Car!
