My cd player stopped working in the middle of a song. Pushing any button results in "Error Code 3". It won't eject or load cds, nor play the cds in the player. I can't get an appointment at the dealer until next week - any suggestions?

I just purchased a 2007 RX 350 with navigation. I'm quite frustrated that you can't use the navi while the car is in motion. (My Acura doesn't have this "safety feature".) I noticed via a search of this forum that there is a hidden menu to override the navigation blockout. Does anyone know how to access it in the 2007 350? Thanks!
