  1. hmmm...I got the bulldog remote start as well, and when I took it to a audio/electronic shop they told me they definately would never reccomend that remote start. They claimed they have seen many problems with them and have stated them to be very unsafe. They also said it would cost around $100 for installation.
  2. Being a teenager, I dont have all the $$$ in the world to spend on gas, so I was wondering if it is harmful to your car to put anything lower than premium into your car. I know it says Premium only but what effects would it have on my car if I chose to put lower octane in it. Some cases, this is 10-15 cents cheaper a gallon so is it completely neccesary to pump premium gas into your car???
  3. Do any of you all with subwoofers in the trunk have the worse time with rattling..Since getting my system installed I have came down to a near breakdown..I CANNOT TAKE THE RATTLING!, not too mention it makes me extremely *BLEEP*ed off to look in my rearview mirror to see only half of my brakelights working! What the heck should I do about my rattling issues????? It seems to be comming inside where the gas tank is
  4. I have a system in the back of my 96 sc300, and it frustrates the living hell outta me..the car rattles liek no other..there is a little rattling with the back window that makes me want to shoot something and you can't turn it up anywhere close to its potential if you have a cd changer in the trunk.
  5. Looks like I might have to just take it to Sam Swope lexus dealership, and have them look at it.
  6. After adding a 12" L7 to my sound system, I have the problem that when my bass hits, my cd changer skips..This is EXTREMELY annoying, and I was wondering what my options are at fixing this problem...Is there a way I can replace the changer with an aftermarket one with skip protection, or would it be smarter to buy a head unit?? Any help would be greatly apprectiated.
  7. well before I got the sub work done..both bulbs were working..it was just every once in a while, one of the 2 would go out..never had both of them out.
  8. This past week I got some subwoofers installed in my trunk, to increase airflow I requested them to take out the middle subwoofer..Previously i had issues with only 1 of the 2 bars working on the brakelight in the rear window, and I would occasionly have to hit it to make it work. After getting the subs installed only 1 bar worked again..and when I took down the mat between the trunk and gas tank, I played with some connections now all of a sudden neither of the two work. Do any of you all have any suggestions on what to do, I'm clueless on what's wrong with it.
  9. If install either of the two will I find any difference in the sound quality of my bass, and waht brand is the stock middle sub to begin with?
  10. I was wondering in the 96 Lexus Sc300, what kind of sub is the middle sub in the back, how many watts, and is this powered by an amp, and if it is what kinda amp is it..Im looking to replace my middle sub with another that is stronger...Im looking to replace it with this 10" Free Air Sub, http://www.crutchfield.com/S-ZSSzvazg3gi/c...00&I=113W2505++ , I'd like to know if this is a good idea, feedback would be greatly appreciated
