My dealer had installed these wheels on the IS350 in the showroom and I fell in love with them. They came mounted with the Dunlop Maxx Tires and love these also. I am told that they are Lexus wheels and maybe came out of TRD. I have two problems: My previous vehicle was the GS 430 with chrome lexus wheels that always stayed clean. I always smirked at the other luxury vehicles on the road with the "black" front wheels covered in brake dust. However, my new IS350 front wheels also get covered with brake dust. Is there any solution other than hand wiping on a daily basis? The other problem is the Spyder Wheels have a sidewall profile where the front wheels actually extend slightly past the tires! If you get too close to a curb, forget it. My question is, has anyone else experienced this? Are all the Lexus dealers matching this tire w/this wheel? Where can I find some touch up paint? My parts dept. says there is no touch up paint and Lexus Customer Satisfaction has been useless.

I am having the exact same problem with my full size Ipod. It plays fine thru the auxiliary input but when you power it thru the accessory plug next to the aux input in the armrest the noise thru the audio system is terrible. I am using a DLO Autopod Car Charger for Ipod that fits in the armrest that I purchased at Best Buy for about $20 bucks. I have a couple of different Ipod models, various mini to mini stereo connectors of differing quality and will report back in a day or two after I have done some tests. But, I agree with your point about turning your playlists into CD's. About 18 songs/CD X 6 CD's will get you down the road. I thing the frustrating thing is, we all hope that Ipod integration would have been seamless by now.
