  1. Looking for winter rims for my gs400? Does anyone know if is300 or gs300 16 inch rims fit.
  2. Thanks Kevin, I'll let you know if I make any headway with regards to an upgrade that includes Canada. It seems to me the most likely time you are going to need GPS is when you are not in your own backyard.
  3. As far as I can tell no Canadian dealer knows what to do about upgrading a 98 GS nav system. They did not supply the NAv systems, in Canada until 2001 I believe. That is when it went from a HardDisc to A DVD.. The Lexus Canada tech support seemed to think the 98 GS came with a CD system. I'm pretty sure its a hard disc solution. Anyway if there is anyone out there with upto date software on a 98/99 GS or LS, please check to see if you can get Ottawa or Toronto on you screen. Or do the maps end at the US-Canadian border . I would be very greatful for any results. regards, Matthew
  4. Hi, This is my first post, as I have only just become an owner of GS400. It is a 1998 model with NAV. The mapping info ends at the US border and doesn't stretch into Canada where I live. The GPS system still works its just that there are no maps. Does anyone know here if newer software from Lexus for the GPS system rectifies this issue. Regards, Matthew
