I was able to fix my fast blinking flasher on my 1997 ES300 thanks to the instructions I found here. Thanks! I took some pictures and posted them here: http://circuitcalculator.com/LexusFlasher.htm Hopefully, the pictures will make it even more clear. I had to break one snap to learn how they work, so I put a picture of the snap and how to undo it.
